Bike: Trek 4300 MTB, V Brakes

I want to replace by current Spinner 300 fork with suspension with a lighter ridgid fork.

Checked on ebay and with a friend of mine painkiller-bob and looks like TRIGON seems like an option. Seems pricy!

Any other suggestions, Any suggestions, Any experience?
