I am going to change the spring in my RS tora uturns. The manual says to grease the spring before insertion. So what type of grease do I need and how much of a coating will it need?

Thanks Nathan
Cheers Nathan.

How much.....lots, best described as caked in grease.

Use Rock n Roll Super Slick on forks, also good for free hubs and suspension bushes

Is a 120ml tube likely to be enough?
