Cost effective (cheap) winter training / audax bike

Anyone got any suggestions for a cheap winter / audax bike with full mudguards? Steel frame would be a bonus.......
Would prefer not to get a Ribble (because every bugger has one) if at all possible, I've looked at the Revoloution Audax, but I'd prefer Tiagra (or equivalent)......

Nice looking bike, but a bit pricey for a Sora equipped bike, the Revo Audax is a steel framed sora for a good couple of hundred less than that.....0
