First time on the bike in about a year.

Hello everybody!
Been away for a while, mostly because I've not used the Mountain bike and have instead spent the weekends and evenings riding the Honda CBR1000RR-04 that I bought in April
, partly because i've been living in the quite flat area of Oxford and partly because i've had a few injuries.
However I got out for a very cheeky 13 mile run around the red route at Gisburn Forest today. Put a big smile on my grid, covered me and the Trance form head to toe in mud and reminded me of why I love mountain biking. I am however absolutely ball bagged now and have lost a hell of a lot of cycling fitness.
I think the bike will be getting used a hell of a lot more again now!
