    This was posted a while back, but bears re-posting. Only just picked up by the Grauniad, perhaps on account of Rapha's new Winter Collection video with moody shots of St Petersburg, and Shakespeare quotations.

    Are those branded flap things on the back of rapha cycling jackets some sort of parachute for braking.

    I swear everyone I see wearing them cycles at the pace of a snail with mobility issues, despite the blingness of their chrome plated fake fixie.
