Err you might need to be a bit more specific about what you are looking for? But here are a couple.

Google maps can attempt to plot a cycling route for you.
I don't know how the logic works though, probably just the shortest route including cycle paths it knows about.0 -
If you know a better route than the one google maps gives you then you can tell them and they'll change it.0

If you are looking for one that will route using cycle paths etc. then www.cyclestreets.net is pretty good. I set it to 'quiet' and it prefers cycle paths and B-Roads etc.0

Hmmm - they all seem to want to take me through town. I love the leisurely pace though - 100 minutes to get to work - on a good day, it takes me half thatROAD < Scott Foil HMX Di2, Volagi Liscio Di2, Jamis Renegade Elite Di2, Cube Reaction Race > ROUGH0

I've come across an app on my phone called endomondo
You can plan routes etc pla give a break down of your route!0 -
