Dura Ace 9000 11 Speed Compatibility?

Am considering getting the new Dura Ace 9000 11 speed.
I know the cassette is wider so a new cassette freehub is needed but can a 10 speed Shimano cassette on a 10 sp wheel be used in the D/A 9000 11 speed gear train, and still index but just lose 1 gear?
I need this because I have some training wheel that will stay as 10 speed and want to know if I can just put them in to replace my 11 speed race wheels and it works on the D/A 9000.
Likewise, will a 11 sp cassette work and index on the older D/A 7800 10 sp set up that I have on my old race bike?
A few reviews state the cog/gear width is the same as 10 sp but the spacing is slightly reduced so a 10 sp cassette should work but has anyone got the new D/A to try it?

The cassette spacing is reduced, which means the amount that the derailleur moves with each shift is reduced. So no, you can't just swap 10 and 11 speed cassettes and expect it to work.0

One review I read said it will index on a 10 speed cassette. Has anyone tried it?0

You need to look on the weightweenies forum - apparently the Spesh guy in the the states used a 10sp mtb cassette using 11sp shifters/chain etc0
