Would you care to elaborate ?"You really think you can burn off sugar with exercise?" downhill paul0 -
Thats utter nonsense. Please nobody rise to it.
Wiggins will probably be Froome Dogs wing man next year & if Sky can dominate the tour like this ear i would say he has a great chance. Contador & Andy Schleck will again be in the mix. Wouldn't be suprised if TJ Van G will feature strongly as he impressed this year & was actually held back by Evans.
I will be there cheering on Froomey tho.0 -
The sh!te that character spouts. Both about wiggins(didn't dope, or I'll eat my hat) and doping (3 dirtiest riders rocketing up the vuelta...surprise? Do you know anything apart fr mindless violence?)
Looks good for the climbers, contador, Rodriguez etc. Froome will be riding for sky and wiggo is going for the giro this year so wiggo will be a supporting rider in that. Unless froome is looking seriously weak, wiggo won't be defending his position and he has stated this publicly. See the thread in pro race0 -
alot of acusations already with a torrid abusive response from soon to be sports personality of the year. very defensive? no tests to silence the accusers just abuse? lets see a negative test wiggins....MADONE 5.20

Come on Lippy - don't start all this again...
Your not a fan of Wiggins? Wy have you got a quote of his as your signature?0 -
Don't even pretend you didn't post that to try and drum up some sort of reaction, I've seen the other comments you post on here...0

it was a serious comment, there was a strong defence and not tests to silence the acusers.
the quote in my sig was amusing as boardman are shite and yet people keep buying them.MADONE 5.20 -

Ok, that's fair enough then but wasn't Wiggins tested after pretty much every stage of the tour?0 -

Perhaps he's defensive because he's done nothing wrong and doesn't like being dragged down to that level,
Like you got very defensive when people questioned your story, even though it was bu11sheeeet!!One plays football, tennis or golf, one does not play at cycling0 -
could wiggins be captain?MADONE 5.20

And Boardmans are sh*t because ?Science adjusts it’s beliefs based on what’s observed.

Honestly I can't imagine why anyone quite so ignorant about cycling could possibly work in a bike shop.0

So are Snap On tools.
Anyway, I am asking you, as you have also said that Boardmans are sh*te. Can you elaborate, or are you in fact a simple minded fool jumping on the band wagon ?Science adjusts it’s beliefs based on what’s observed.

Prosecution rests.
If I bought a pinarello from halfords would that make it sh!te? No
They are award winning bikes which receive rave reviews and offer amazing value. The AiR range made the reviewer look a bit like a clown as he was so emphatic with his praise.
Ok some are snobby about the brand and the decals are a bit bright for some.
You really do sound like a fool. Also if you are so happy to quote him as if you're a fan, but doubt his cleanliness? Of course he's bloody clean you Baffoon. The only team, bound by their title sponsor to guarantee 100% cleanliness who have just fired their top support staff for their pasts, he's still there.0 -
Yeah I'm pretty sure the Boardman bikes are not bad at all, if you can get past the fact they're from Halfords then they really are good value. For people looking to buy something on a real budget like £300 you can't do much worse than a Carrera either. It's good that Halfords are doing some decent bikes, hopefuly you won't see so many people rolling around on Y shaped awful full suspension bikes as much!0
-
^^ you can buy Boardman in other stores now. Halfords are no longer the exclusive retailer.Science adjusts it’s beliefs based on what’s observed.

What a an odd statement to make, hang on aren't you the one who makes up stories about kung foo kicking other cyclists off there bikes.???0 -
Shall we get back to the original topic guys? Just ignore whatshisface.0

Wiggins won’t win the Tour – he knows he won’t win the Tour. He wants to win the Giro but he needs to get the fuxk off the TV and radio and out the trendy bars sharpish or he won’t be winning anything.
Unless he gets damaged in the early season I think Contador will take the Tour. I’m sure he wants his yellow back.
The Slack brothers will win a grand total of zero all year.0 -
I'd love to see Froome win it, I suppose we'll have to wait and see what peoples form is like earlier in the year.0

everyone is entitled (rightly or wrongly) to their own opinions. it doesn't help that his opinions and stories make him look like a monumental cnut ! (in my opinion of course.... ;o) )A person who aims at nothing is sure to hit it

but but but - you ride a Trek! about as mainstream a brand as you could think of, right up there with Boardman. I'm not knocking either for the record, although to be fair more clean athletes have won stuff on Boardmans than on Treks.
As for Wiggins providing a negative test, I think you'll find that would be all of his tests - and he will have had a few this year the number of wins / days in yellow he has had. Not sure there is any even circumstantial evidence linking him to doping apart from his results and we've reached a pretty sad state of affairs if that is all it now takes to start making accusations.
Finally, Halfords aint that bad - got my bike there and its been great!0
