been on the look out for good innertubes at great prices and still searching for the best place
iv seen the 10x conti ones on EBay which are great value, but have been hearing mxed reports about their quality.
not the conti them selves but the 10x deals you see.
the best i have found and feel confident in are these.

I use the michelin latex ones as they apparently "reduce rolling resistance" the cost about £8 and are really goos but i wouldn't spent more than £5 on a butyl one0

I just bought one of these to qualify for a free delivery on a brake pad order.
Works just fine and is a bit lighter than the Michelin

Cheapest place i,ve found to buy inner tubes is here http://www.salden.nl/default.asp?pid=53 ... catid=3205. If you order 10 even with postage to UK it should work out at about £21.

Decathlon were doing 2 tubes for 3 quid recently. Dunno what they're like yet but will let you know when I get to use them. I wud echo the experience with conti, valves have a screw in part which if it unscrews means it will hardly ever keep pressure again! Mine just unscrewed as I undid the dust cap and it was never the same and had to ditch it.Current bike: 2014 Kinesis Racelight T2 - built by my good self!0

Cyclesurgery are doing 3 for £10 on any Specialized tubes and this even includes the high end ones.

Tredz do inner tube bundles 5 for 15 and 10 for 25. They are all specialized tubes.0
