My rear wheel keeps going flat. On inspection Ive noticed the pin inside the valve is bent. Could this be causing the problem?

Not impossible but it's more likely you have a puncture. Pump the tyre up nice and hard and either listen for escaping air all the way round or fill a basin with water and rotate the wheel through to find air bubbles.

I considered a puncture but it was fine when I got to work and its been sat for a few hours before I realised the tyre was flat. Its the 4th time in less than two weeks its happened.

I've had the odd tyre deflate and then never again. I've presumed it was dust in the valve.

If this is only happening at work, could there be a prankster about? :? :P

You may have jealous workmates who are letting it down :-)

This is first time at work. I spoke to my boss who is an experienced cyclist and said it could be a dodgy valve. I'll get him to have a look. Thanks for replies.
