Hi guys,
I am looking at changing my stem on my kona, its the original one and looking at a Hope xc stem. My current is 31.8mm and they do that in the one i want. I assume that mine will be a standard steerer size. They are the rock shox recon sl solo 100mm they are also original.

What exactly are you asking and should it be in buying advice?
You'll want a stem for 1 1/8th steerer (standard these dasy) and 31.8mm bars. What do you hope to achieve by changing it?Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0
