Morning nobbers
Today is running the sandstone trail, how hard can it be? As I've only ever done 16 miles before (after training) I imagine this is going to hurt
Prep is the key so no training and a meal out and loads of ale last night.....

Morning losers!
Lazy day today. Planning on going out this afternoon to buy some trainers that don't have holes in them and soak my feet when it's rained, only last night I spilt half a pint over my jeans, so they're currently in the wash.
Tonight, I'm off to Preston for a friends Birthday. Going to a comedy club. It had better be funny, or there'll be hell to pay!
