Easter 2013 - Tenerife or Mallorca?

I'm planning on going on a training camp type holiday next Easter. I went to Gran Canaria this year and loved the hills, but Mallorca has an appeal as the classic cycling venue. Lanzarote appeals for the climbs and the better weather at that time of year.
So, any thoughts on which is the "better" choice?

I'm off to Majorca in February for 2 weeks with these guys...

Seems like a quality deal & the chap who runs it seems well organized, friendly & genuine. 3 vital components for something like this. The riding seems perfect in Majorca & the hotel & facilities used in February look amazing! I can't wait!!0 -
^ that sounds amazing, and very well priced! Has anyone previous experience with them?0

I've not been to either but I heard Tenerife is all about the one big climb up Teide. Quite an interesting climb with various approaches, apparently.
Mallorca getting v popular. If you're renting a bike they get booked up early there now.
BTW Rodgers, I was considering Gran Canaria for a week in Feb or March. Was it good?0 -
