Does anyone have contact details for Mavic, as I want to complain about my Ksyrium SL wheels. I had thought that I'd get it on there website, but basically they don't want to deal with the public, but I want to deal with them.

You'd be better off going through where you bought them I'd have thought? Mavic* will be very relcutant to deal with you directly.

    *Pretty much any company

Mavic are owned by Amer Sports Corp and their technical centre is based at their offices in Frimley, Surrey:

I expect they'll still direct you back to the shop where you got them - they are usually reluctant to deal directly with consumers.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
  • What's wrong with the wheels ?
  • 300 miles done and 2 broken spokes on the front wheel. Whereas my Mavic SSC wheels have done thousands of miles without a broken spoke. I now have no confidence when I use the Sl's, I can keep replacing the spokes, but a, it's costly and b, do I have carry spokes with me on every ride that I do on these wheels. I recently did a run on Mull and Morven, which needed 4 ferries, I really would have been in trouble if spokes had gone after the second ferry.

Zicral = Aluminium spokes... Junk... See if you can get them replaced with a set of elite under warranty
