Yeah, I think I'd try that route - if they've got any sense (haha), they won't like a proper complaint about being ignored festering on Twitter... some photos and a bit of Chaseyspeak might wake them out of their institutional slumber.

Yesterday I couldn’t get commentary on discovery, got that sorted with help from Orloon. Now my iPad is stuck in picture mode and doesn’t move which ever way I turn it.

- Make sure Rotation Lock is turned off: swipe down from the top right-hand corner of your screen to open Control Centre. Then tap the Rotation Lock button. to make sure it's turned off.
- Turn your iPad sideways.

Thanks Rick 500 swipes later I got it to come up. I think that my fingers aren’t really designed for an iPad 😤😤😤

On older iPads there's a little switch on the side that can lock rotation. And you can adjust this in Settings.

Ha, so naive to expect a train company to explain why their service is worse.

If you pay close attention on the right you'll see some exclamation marks next to some of their services, which then forwards you to a journey planner. So no explanation.

My guess would be that as it's holiday season, there is less demand and also fewer drivers as they are also taking their leave entitlement?

Update. So it turns out there is a short time within which the excess must be paid, regardless of who is to blame.
If the offender refuses to admit guilt immediately, then even if we find to be correct that they must pay, we will not have our excess refunded, so I'll still be £600 down.

Another complication. MOT is due middle of August. Was booked in on the coming Monday to have it done but now know car won't be fixed till then. Garage is now fill up to Mid-September. Repair shop won't do MOTs.
