First ride completed!

Managed about 12 miles yesterday , first time on a road bike for many years!!
Feel ok today legs aren't too bad, a little saddle sore but other than that not bad at all!!
Was breathing out of my ass on any kind of incline but just dropped the gears and kept on peddling!
Hoping to get out again tomorrow will try and get 10 miles in :)

    congrats on getting out..just keep going and the miles will soon rack up.then the bug sets in.

    Congrats on your first ride. My first ride was 16 miles and now I just want to go further and further. I'm two months in and loving it.

    good for you, feels great doesnt it. even if you did start at the wrong time of the year.

    but you got the whole of spring and summer to look forward to.
