CX: Dolan Multicross or Kinesis 5T?

Thought I'd post here as I thought the CX crew might have more chance of seeing it.
I'm looking to upgrade from my 2007 Kona Jake to something a bit lighter. Ideally, I'd alike a new bike with discs, but I don't think that'll go so well at home...
So, I'm looking at a frameset only, and quite like the above two frames.
Does anyone have any experience of them, or can anyone recommend something similar or better for the money?
