New Brakes

Im looking at picking some new brakes for my crimbo.looking on CRC and im stuck between the new shimano deore,slx or xt's.is there a reason why the xt's are cheaper than the new slx's.71quid an end for xt's and 85quid for the slx's(m675)
i had an older set of slx's and they were magic so im kinda swaying to them but not at 85 an end...

    All i know is thats the newer version of the SLX so maybe thats why there are less discounted? The xt looks a good deal outside of germany!

    yes but i thought the xt's were better than the slx's,unless the xt's are the older ones as they are dearer than the slx 666 ones

    The Xts are the next grade up, so it seems a good deal!

    after all the huffin and puffin crc didnt have what i needed in stock at the cheap price so went for the xt 780's from merlin at 63quid an end,hopefully yhey willbe far better than my current hayes stroker trail brakes....
