MY Allez does and it is a 09 however i think the Basic Allez has a hydroformed alu fork

No, the entry 2013 Allez has an Alu fork, that's why I got one of the last 2012 model Allez as it has a carbon fork.

There are times when even Google will fail! I saw the 2012 with a carbon fork and the 2013 without so wasn't sure if the pages I saw where in fact correct. Thanks every else for been polite. And yes, I do understand what I am looking for now - the 2012 Specialized Allez with the carbon fork.

So why doesn't the 2013 have a carbon fork if the 2012 did? Wasn't it selling well?
