    Yep on all bikes. Made the change to spd's a couple of years ago when started racing and never looked back. Flat pedals just feel wrong now.     Pedal choice makes a massive difference. Used V8 copies for years, bought some 'modern' flat pedals and was amazed how much better they were. Really makes a difference. I bought some Nuke Proof pedals but superstar nanos score well on tests and liked on forums.

    I've ridden spds since 1994 and am about to change (or try at least) flat pedals. I'm not sure what I'm expecting to gain from changing, just had a nagging doubt that I'm somehow missing out, having never tried them! It's also partly because short of buying a new frame there isn't much else I can buy for my bike :oops:
