Tracking device?

Anyone know of any good and not expensive tracking devices? I've seen the rear light one but I want something I can hide inside the frame...
The local smackheads seem to be taking interest when I cycle past them... Is it just me being paranoid... Is it a stupid idea?
Looking at getting an alarm on the shed and the fact I work at a Titanium and Steel Extrusion means I can get one of the engineers to make me some clasp style locks for the top and bottom of the shed door.
Anymore ideas for extra security? P.S the shed is built from brick and has 2 double glazed and always locked windows.
