Any idea how i can do this dire4ctly justawanted their opinion on a couple of issues i have spoken to Evans and quite frankly find them a little poor ............

    Your warrenty is with Evans. If you are not happy the citizens advice buro time.

    Norco have no responsibility to do anything or even answer a mail or a phone call.

    So what is the problem?

    Contact page I can see has :

    Norco Bicycles - Head Office
    1465 Kebet Way
    Port Coquitlam BC
    V3C 6L3

    No phone or email.

    Evans are UK importer so your beef is with the shop then with the head office. The guys in Port Coquitlam have a good line in not helping much with product problems as I understand it!
