Recently my brakes have had thier bite point getting closer and closer to the bar. Ikeep adjusting the reach out from the bar however now it has come to a situation where my back, and soon to be my front I guess, do not work and nothing happens when I pull the lever.
Is it time for a bleed?
Cheers

They are a bid squidgy. How would I reset the pistons?
The pads are fine0 -
Try sticking a few rubber bands around the lever/bars to hold the brakes on overnight.I don't do smileys.

a bleed is the last thing to do.
watch and see how much the pads are moving.
adjust reach as far away as possible ride a bit then reset.
this is if the bands dont work."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Okay the bands didn't work, but I have discovered that it is new pds, My Bad!
Now I've got my pads they are "too thick" to fit in between the pistons, and so there is no space for the rotor. I've put the old pads in and tried to push the pistons wider but this has not worked.
What should I do now?0 -
You need to let some fluid out the lever they are overfilled.0

I've done that, put in the new pads and the rotor fits in. However now when I pull the lever the pads do not move, or move a tiny little bit0

Thought as much. In fact I've known really that it has been time over the past few weeks as they have been getting mushier and mushier :P0
