QR Scewers

probably a silly question but how do i tell if my rear QR is 10mm.
looking on superstar and the front is 9mm but rear is 10mm
I'm probably wrong but i just assumed they were both 9mm,
so before i go and buy the wrong stuff could someone point me in the right direction

What are your wheels? There are QR skewers, and the combined axle/skewer that some do.

Anything wrong with what you have?

Not sure of make of wheels,came on the rockrider but they are QR front and rear but pretty sure they are the skinnier QR,ie 9mm, only reason I ask is superstar comp are selling the rear QR as 10mm but front is 9mm.Nothing wrong just fancy putting some subtle red on to go the the red anodised part of the rear suspension,then maybe some red bars at some point,No reason apart from colour accessorising(daft i know)
Someone i know has red rims that i might make an offer on if they are ok....

I got some of those for the road bike, from Planet-X, which I believe are the same thing re-branded. An I've swapped 'em over to the MTB without any probs.

You need standard quick release skewers, simply front and back. The size is the axle width, not the skewer width.

So do i just buy 2 9mm ones then and that will do me??supersonic im not sure of the rear axle width mate,when i went on SC it says 9mm for front and 10mm for rear.this is my dilema,do i buy 2 9mm or 1 9mm and 1 10mm??
my brains not engaging today....

The last ones will work fine, the others are the combined axle things that need special hubs.
