Hi Their
i have just finnished my first season as a 4th cat rider ( didn't do very well). i am a climber and do well going up hill.
However i had (what i deem to be) a bad crash whilst decending, i broke my wrist in to places and losts of road rash. since then i am no longer a confident decender, and was wondering does anyone have any good tips for getting faster on decents? or building confidence?
(this is my fist post so i hope i have done things correctly)

I had the same problem as you last year, I got told to 1. Look where you want to go your body generally follows sight. and Chase the vanishing point of sight. This works for me, if your not descending on drops I'd do that because of lower center of gravity and better pull on brakes. Hope this helps :-)0

This clip is often used and he is pretty good but under pressure whilst in the lead I reckon Nibali and possibly Sam Sanchez are better. If it's wet then definatly Nibali.Norfolk, who nicked all the hills?
