Action 100, Bristol to London

Hi there, just booked a place on the action 100 ride for next August, pretty decent price, and transfer back to Bristol is included for £15. Not having done this ride before I am a little unsure about the transport and collection of the bikes the following day, this is what it says on the site
Return transport for cyclist and bike is £15. The charity accepts no responsibility for the transport of bikes and strongly recommend that participants have their own insurance. Please book when you enter. Collection of bikes is on Monday 26 August 2013 9.00am to 12 noon.
Has anyone used this before? A I don't want to go pick my bike up to find it scratched, chipped or damaged!
Also, any feedback on this ride would be great!
