Need some advice

This morning I was involved in an accident where a car pulled a U turn in stationary traffic as I was filtering down the outside, needless to say I went over! The road has got chevrons down it so you cannot turn right unless in an indicated area? Either way I didn't expect it and I don't think the fella looked. I had lights front and rear.

What should I do next? My bike has got some damage, my new front wheel has a minor buckle and the skewer on the rear is a bit mangled. I also think it's torn my rain coat. My arse is rather bruised

Any advice will be great.

I'd consider asking (and maybe joining) the CTC. They are good at this sort of thing and have legal knowledge.
