Felt Q820 2010 Thoughts please

I was offered this bike for £750 at my LBS as great value for money. I haven't have time to give it a test ride, and sadly haven't managed to find many reviews, how it compares against other bikes on the market, etc. Just wondering if anyone had this bike or had considered buying it. Any advise welcome.

It's perfectly reasonable, but for a 2010 bike is pretty expensive - some newer bikes which are generally poorer value fair better, and other 2010 much better value.

You say 2012, but link to a 2010 model - which is it?

I had a Q920 from the year previous (I think).
Bit of a tank - comfortable, but the geometry meant that it seems to lumber along.
Unresponsive and dull tbh. Heavy for a xc bike - it takes a bit of time getting up to speed too.

If you are looking for a xc bike, I would look at last year's Cubes - better specced, lighter and more responsive.
Others in here may have other alternatives too.
