First Build - Cinelli Pro Estrada Sram Force

I recently bought a PX bike and made the error of not getting properly fitted - so long story short I ended up looking at swapping out my frame for a larger PX one of the same model and selling my first frame
Well I sold the frame and went to PX to pick up another....then I saw they had a Cinelli in my size and I caved.
I put all the parts from my PX on (had to buy new cables and tape). The hardest part was getting the ballrace ( I think it is called) onto the fork to take the lower headset bearings....It was bloody tight and needed alot of persuasion. Its not coming off in one piece if I ever need to remove it. The BB came out of my old bike and went into the Cinelli easily.
Now I haven't cut the fork yet and I know it looks silly with my brooks on (but my arse likes it)....also I think I'll be replacing the PX wheels in the spring......and I know I need to turn the stem round etc etc - but I'm very happy how my first build went

Nice looking ride, although i'd agree with Declan about the saddle and stem and also go as far to ask what the hell you have in that saddle bag, everything including the kitchen sink?Road - http://www.bikeradar.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=40044&t=12777154&p=16943702#p16943702

spare tube, topeak alien2, self adhesive puncture pads,...and when riding it can also take my phone and a bar. At the moment I only have one proper top with pockets in so I needed to make sure I can get everything in this pack.
The stem is the wrong way as a hang-over from my last bike, I'll re-install it the other way round.
When it come to cutting the steerer....will a normal hacksaw be ok? Then just sand it down0 -
photos fixed...hopefully0
