We are looking for a good Custom Cycle Clothing manufacturer to produce clothing for the new cycling club that we are sponsoring (ON THE RIVET VELO CLUB) and jerseys for the cyclosportive events we run (SRS Events)

Does any body know of a professional Cycling clothing company that has :-

A fast turn around on orders
A choice of the latest materials for jerseys etc
Will accept small orders of 10 or more items
Can cope with orders of 500 items or more
Have the ability to design jerseys from scratch if need be.

Anybody ever bought from a company based in China before? Are there any reputable well know cycling clothing companies in China that produce professional quality cycling garments ?

While we are at it what do you think of this basic design ?

Your jersey is very plain. You should make it black and have the band across the middle in blue. Also change the name to Sky

Wildoo can do all that! We start from low minimums of just 10pcs but also have capacity to deliver larger quantities. Our standard lead-time is about 5 weeks but in most cases we deliver quicker. Pricing is competitive and we use high performance fabrics and top quality printing inks. We also do not charge set up and offer a UK delivered price so you can order with peace of mind.

"All artwork in illustrator vector files" - that might be a bit limiting for the non-graphic artist cycling community. Can you cope with jogs or png image files?

Possibly. We often can use other formats if the logo is high resolution can but the problem can be that non vector files may not scale without distorting. We scale the design to each size so the whole design stays proportioned regardless of whether its XS or XXL(not all suppliers do this). At the end of the day we cannot accept logos if the artwork is not acceptable as we then cannot guarantee how the finished product will look. Otherwise customers may be dissapointed.

Get in touch with Champion Systems (UK). They will often include the artwork if you make a quantity order or charge a a small fee (usually <£50) for artwork on small quantities. Le Col also make some really nice custom gear.
