Sufferfest and rollers

Hi all, can suffer rest be used with rollers, I appreciate I can't alter the resistance (technically I can but it means getting off to adjust the setting) , any thoughts

    Yes, just use your gears to alter resistance, Sufferfest is all about effort levels and cadence. I do it on a Turbo and leave the Turbo's resistance alone and go through the gears.
