Bought this from the Decathlon sale this afternoon so I haven't touched it yet. I wet all sweaty when i saw it parked with all the cheapo/wrecked bikes, with a price of 90 euros....
It's in good nick but I'm not sure whether to repaint it or not. What do you think?

    90 Euros?????
The Strada chainset is worth more than that alone!
    90 Euros?????
Where was this sale and why wasn't I there?

    It looks great! Top purchase!

I don't know if they do it in the UK but twice a year you can flog your old sports gear at a Decathlon. I got my 5 euro 1956 Peugeot that way! I'll do a bit of research about this one but the kit is mainly 1977 though the brake levers are clearly newer. Apart from the BB which I've already taken out it all looks in good nick. The grease had turned to rock but the bearing surfaces are OK.

Don't think so. Closest thing is a bike Jumble I guess, but my local one has become really expensive.
I've seen the same 531 frame there for the last 3 years! The chap just asks too much (yes that's you, chap at Chard Wheelers!).
