Upgrading forks on a 2011 Spesh Rockhopper

Looking for some new forks for my Rockhopper. The standard ones are like pogo sticks. What forks would make a good upgrade to the package. It's standard at the moment, bar some DMR V8 pedals as the standard ones were horrid.
It's used for XC trails, and a bit of bike park stuff.
I personally like these:

Will they fit, and are they a decent buy? I reckon around 80-100mm travel's best so as not to mess with the geometry too much?

They are decent forks, but that will not fit your bike due to the 1.5 steerer tube. You need 1 and 1 1/8th.
If you have around £500 for upgrades I'd get new wheels and forks ie a Reba and Superstar wheels:

A great combo.0 -

Ha - exactly the forks and wheels I bought for my (slightly older) rockhopper - I'm still amazed every time I pick it up how much lighter it is, and the ride has improved so much!
Great investment0 -
THanks for the advice gents.0

Got a set of 2012 Reba RL (dual air) on my '06 'hopper and they really are pretty excellent. They take a fair bit of fiddling around and experimenting to get them set up how you want them but once you have they are awesome. Super plush.
