my first 30 miler (another one)

I did my first 30 miler today ( another box ticked). I'm a bit achy but thoroughly enjoyed it. I was riding around Regents Park and there are some quick guys up there. I was averaging around 18-20 mph and guys were flying past me like I was standing still. Plenty of work left to do I think....

    congrats and thats a good average..is it flat as never been there.
    im doing my first 30 tomorrow but will be hilly so wont be doing your average.

    Its as flat as a pancake. That was my average in the park not for the whole ride.

    Good luck with you 30 tomorrow, its good to be crossing things off my list. I guess its 50 miles next
