If he trained with Ferrari in 2010, doesn't that mean the Italians will ban him?

As this will be a second ban, does that mean life?

    Unless there's specific evidence he doped in the Giro, he'll keep the title.

    I thought the Italian cycling federation had banned him for life which means that any cyclist working with him would be guilty of a doping violation and Scarponi has a case to answer. If he wasn't banned before the USADA stuff what's the crime?

    I remember him complaining when Contador got stripped that he'd have to get another trophy made. Well back to square one on that.
