Track Sizing

Hi guys,

Now my dilemma I have never owned a track or tarck (I believe this is what you call a track bike that never sees the drome) frame before so sizing is a little bit of guess work. I realise you guys get this all the time and if I could I would try out a build, but living in belfast there are little to no track bikes and no where that has a mash built up. So this geo is unfamilar ground to me.

I'm currently riding a 55cm square frame road frame, which feels alright but I'm sure is a little on the small side:
