2012 Trek Madone

Hello,
I'm a recent joiner and here's my Madone 4.7, bought earlier this year.
There are several upgrades to the stock bike, and interestingly (but not deliberately) everything Bontrager except the bar tape has been replaced. I actually thought the Bonty stuff was quite good when I was buying the bike but:
- First ride I flatted three times and the front tyre came off the rim. Replaced Bontrager tyres with Hutchinson Atoms.
- Bontrager carbon post slipped every few miles, despite being correctly torqued. Replaced with Thomson post.
- Rode 100 miles on the Bontrager Affinity saddle but it absolutely killed me. Replaced with Selle Italia Gel Flow.
- Bontrager Race L wheels went out of true several times during the first 200 miles and I had occasional brake rub. Replaced with Fulcrum Racing 3.
- I really couldn't get on with the Bonty bars and the stem needed massive tightening to stop them from slipping. Replaced with Easton EA90 stem and EC70 bars.
The groupset is Ultegra which works flawlessly.
I have fairly low spine flexibility due to having a disc removed several years ago I won't be able to get the bars much lower but there is around a 5cm drop which is comfortable for me and I have ridden several metric centuries on it.
In its current spec I absolutely love the bike, it's just about perfect for me. There's even a small hole in the chainstay for me to put my EPO and bullying notes in (it's marked DuoTrap but I assume that's just another one of these clever cycling codenames)

Beautiful frame, but you could make it look better IMHO.
I'd go with a full 3T Team finishing kit, so post, bars and stem. Black tape and Elite bottle cages. Change the wheels to carbon Mavics. A nicer looking saddle, Fizik Arione for example. If it suits your bottom of course...
No, I won't give you the money to do it0
