2nd hand scott volatge fr 30, worth it?

i've found one for a reasonable price 2nd hand as i want to do a bit more DH type stuff, but is it worth it as it's bottom of the range or should i push the boat out and spend a bit more?

bearing in mind this bike will probably only be used 3 or 4 times a month.

    It's ok, there are certainly worse bikes.
    3 or 4 times a month is more than I manage to ride my Scalp!

    How much are you wanting for the Felt frame & what size?

    i'm lucky that i live in the hills, i have a 4 DH tracks within 15 mins ride from my house, so it may get used more, but i don't want to shell out 2 grand on a bike i may not use :lol:
