sdg ibeam saddle question

anyone no what this square bit is at the back undeneath the sddle on the sdg ibeam?

When i die I just hope the wife doesn't sell my stuff for what I told her I paid for it other wise someone will be getting a mega deal!!!

    Works with Topeak Saddle bags. Nice if youre a skinny race whippet!

    No lay back mate I've got the sdg I beam as well as the sadle so should be ok

    Yeah I think they re OK - The lay back post is just a terrible design! (which reminds me I need to e-mail CRC about the warranty...)
