Hi
Help needed! I have not bought a new bike for 7 years and well over due.
I have been looking around as I hear this is the time to get a quote on a 2012 version. Budget is £500-£600 and looking for a hardtail. I don't to any serious mountain biking but would still like a nice bike and value for money. I have been looking at the Trek 4900 D 2012 and the RockHopper Comp 2012. Over the 2 was pushing towards the Trek as better brakes.......so I hear. Read some posts and Boardman Comp seems to be worth a look.....
I have been "looking" on the web for a while now but really want to narrow down the choice to 1 or 2 and go buy.
Thoughts please?
Many thanks
Dan

The Trek is poor for the money, the Boardman much better.0 -
Look around online for Halfords vouchers and cash back, you can get 10% off by joining British Cycling and Quidco do 3% cash back if you go through their site, they also do an additional 4% cash back if you use a card registered on the Quidco site. The Boardman is a great bike for the money!2012 Boardman FS Team
