Peak district route

Hi, planning for me and a mate to visit the peaks sometime next week, neither of us have been before. could anyone recommend maybe a endomondo route between 20-25 miles. if not my mate can read a map. thanks

    Couldn't find a map, not that I looked very hard. :D

    But I'd recommend starting in Hope. Go up Pindale, along the top, descend Cavedale, if you dare, into Castleton. Ride up broken road to Mam Nick, just behind Mam Tor, head across to Hollins Cross then any route down into Edale(stop at pub for lunch if you like). Along Edale valley floor and go off up left to Hope Cross. Turn left, go down the Beast. Turn left on A57 for half a mile, turn right and go up to do Hagg Farm descent back to A57 and back to the bottom of the beast. Ride alongside the reservoir and eventually take a steep right back up Winhill. From there there are a few options back into Hope.

    Great days riding with 5 hard ascents matched by fantastic descents.

    If I get time later I'll mark up a map.
