Oscillating Cassette?

I store my Allez with 9sp Sora cassette on a rack.
Yesterday I gave the pedals a spin and let the rear wheel spin. Whilst it was free wheeling, I looked down towards the cassette from the crank with my eyes at cassette level.
When freewheeling, although it obviously doesn't spin, the cassette oscillates or "wobbles" from side to side about its axis - the chain moves accordingly.
Any ideas on what this could be and any possible remedy?
Thanks in advance

if it's wobbling about its axis like you say then maybe a bent wheel axle.
if it's wobbling along the axis then it's not on the freehub properly. Either the last sprocket hasn't been lined up properly or the lock ring is too loose (40 Nm according to Shimano) (or nice and tight if you're using a bar up to 25-30 cm long and you don't have a torque wrench)0 -

Thanks - I should have mentioned that I can't see any unusual movement in the wheel itself - I'd like to post a short video but don't know how!!Wilier Izoard XP0 -
I'm no expert but had this on my mtb, had a look on youtube and theres a couple of good vids on there. What i read, as posted before is bent axles or the cheaper hubs which are more prone to it.0

many cassettes do this. Nothing to worry about.
it will have done this from new."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

That sounds like the least expensive remedy!!
Thanks to all - any other suggestions?Wilier Izoard XP0 -
I thought all cassettes do this to a certain extent. Not an issue once in drive mode, nor in freewheel mode come to think of it.0
