Joe Blow presta side broken?

I have a joe blow sport track pump which has recently stopped working on the presta side. When on and locked with the lever the air still escapes through the hole and the tire won't inflate. Is it possible to get the little rubber bit out of the pump and replace like on the schrader side? Have tried but to no avail.

Send it back, it's just the hose part. If not the hose attachment is universal.
