I read this article quite a long time ago - but was reminded of it whilst skimming through the USADA stuff around LA.

Took me a while to track it down - but it's an absolutely fascinating read if you haven't already seen it. Quite long, but I urge you to persevere :-)

    Before they changed, the more, erm, well informed guys used to scour the cutting edge muscle forums to bone up on the latest techniques and drugs for dopers.

    It's a fair bit more tame now.
