Finally finished my Moda..
bought the frame on here for £30 from Ramo42 and had it fixed by RPDSteve at Core Motorsport. Really pleased with the end result, rode it yesterday for the first time and it does feel a bit flighty compared my De Rosa Merak, but I'm sure I will get used to it. Still working out stem/bar position, and may replace seat with a Prologo nack if I can find one in my budget, and also replace the Moda forks with 3T ones, then weight should be a shade under 7kg or a lithe 15.3lbs!!

30 quid for the frame?0

Yes £30, it had a cracked top tube which steve fixed for me, the man knows an awful lot about making things out of carbon fibre!! The frame is now stronger than when it left the factory and has had a 2-part lacquer to finish so is as hard as nails to boot.0

Glad to see it built up to a great spec- looks better like that than it did in the workshop!0

Cheers Steve!!
You did a great job!!
It really does eat up the road... loving it so far!0 -
How does it ride?0

it may have been £30 for the frame, but how much was it to have it fixed?0

White tyres are too much in my opinion.. and photographing a very black and white bike against a black and white brick wall wasn't a good idea.. its giving me a headache0

It cost £350 to fix so £400 roughly inc transport. Not bad I suppose.
And yes I agree about photographing against a busy background, not many garage doors round my way though, at least not on the street where I can prop my bike against them.
I'm selling the frame/forks now as have just bought my dream frame!!! It's gonna be even better.0
