I'm logging off; bored, no action... f*ck the lot of you. I was out on my bike yesterday and had a long day at work today, sorted out two bawling offspring (in different stages of development and my brain is mushed) and now i'd like to settle down to decent sesh of banter, name calling and general stupidity akin to the state of my current mental ability. The OH is in a vegetative state after a day juggling bairns. so no 'scrabble' for us tonight.
Where are you and WTF are you doing? You have to be here on BR 'cos I want to be entertained... waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah waaaaaaaaaaaaah waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah [chucks toys out of pram, sobs]....

I am here. I have just flicked thru all my old usual BR haunts and thought Feck, haven't missed much in the ages since I've been away. Saved BB for last tho. BB being Best BIt, of course.

Anyway, all this week I have been a zombie. Watchu been up to?

I'm here too. I took a few minutes off work today (I work at home), and took the front wheel off my new bike, just for fun.

Then I had to find a couple of youtube vids to make sure* I put it back on right. :oops:

How's that for general stupidity?

[*The last bike I had was 35 years ago and had wheel nuts]

Here too. Into second week of garden leave since being made redundant. Took my student daughter shopping in Bournemouth this morning. Got home. Did the vacuuming, peeled spuds for tea, did 3 washing machine loads. Picked up son from school. Mowed Lawns, cooked tea. Washed and tidied up. A house husbands work is never done.
BTW my hands are looking rough. Does anyone know a hand cream to make my skin lovely and soft again?

Thats it ! I was unemployed once, I got so busy that I nearly had to take on a man! Oh, E45 or come and do some voluntary work for us shifting old cooking oil around; hands like leather. Sail round Penzance and up the Irish Sea - i'll put the kettle on.
