What's This worth?

Did the recent Johnny Helms Two Up TT and spotted the bike below. It belongs to Adrian Timmis who also did the event on this bike as he did for ANC Halfords in the TDF in 1987. He sold the bike after the Tour but recently re-located it and had it fully restored as it was then. He also rode in his old ANC Jersey with Keiran Frend of Node4 Pro Cycling as a pacer.
