Is 700x23x32C tube compatible with my 700x25C road tyre?

Hi,
I was just about on the rims as I pulled up at work this morning due to a puncture.
I have a spare tube at work. It's a Tesco own (I know I know) labelled on the box as 700 x 23 x 32C with a Presta valve.
The tyres are Continental Ultra Sport labelled as 700 x 25C.
Is this inner tube suitable for that tyre?
I want to get it changed pronto so I can still get a ride in on my lunch hour! I haven't changed a puncture on my new road bike before. It's a Focus Cayo 3.0 with DT Swiss R1850 rims. Any good tips?
