Titanium frameset modifications in Uk

I have been riding my merlin works cr bike for a few years now, it's a great bike that has 90% of the performance of a high- modulus carbon bike, without any of the associated fragility...

Lately I have become a total convert to velocity A23 wide rim bicycle wheels, as they seem to offer a much smoother ride on poor road surfaces. The only problem is, the clearance between the merlins one inch thick chainstays and my new wheels is less than two millimeters. This lack of clearance has cut a number of rides short due to a slightly out of true rear wheel...

My question is this- Is there any framebuilder in the uk or mainland europe who is capable of perhaps cold bending the inner part of my merlins chanistays slightly, in order to create just a little extra clearance?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I have no idea if it is possible, but Enigma is a logical first port of call to get an expert opinion (UK based, Ti frame build expertise).

    +1 for Enigma

They are really the only people in Britain to ask about something like that.

Yes to Enigma but the difficulty will be getting to the inside of the chainstay. Expect the mods will cost more than a new frame.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
