Smoothie mixer headset - replacement bearing

I stripped down the headset on my 456C for a pre-winter clean & re-grease only to find I'm a little too late, the top set is fine but the bottom one needs attention, only had this since May so I'm a little suprised it's not even made it through the summer, although it has been a wet one.
Anyway I'll need a new bearing for the bottom, it seems to be pressed into the bottom cup but I'm guessing it will tap out, has anyone done this ? and do you know the size / bearing number for a replacement.
